One Martini, Two Martini, Three Martini, The Floor

If you have been following my blog, you will know that we find any reason to get together. This past weekend was not any different. We invited a few of our friends and asked them to shake up a few of their favorite martinis with us. We served them up in shot glasses.  As always, we are never disappointed. Here are few highlights from the Martini Tasting.

A Yellow Cake Martini that included vanilla vodka, pineapple juice and a splash of Rose's Pomegrante Cocktail twist.

Friends helping friends shake up good martinis

The classic shaken gin martini

The chocolate martini

Appetizers brought along by friends to enjoy with our martinis

Enjoy!

Buying plane tickets right now! Vodka. Oh. My greatest love! I need to try the pineapple juice thing. IF I ever get over there, I'm bringing a bottle of Chopin for you. By the way, did you ever read my posts about the bacon flavored Vodka? ;-) The shrimp looks delicious too.

I miss the days when I had parties like this; instead I've opted for a reclusive life for now. But I see all the fun and camaraderie, and I think, perhaps, a martini would be a good to open the doors again.

Oh, how delightful. Any pretext is good to get together and share a meal and more! The only Martini I know is .. James Bond's: Stirred not shaken!
