I just made a ton of limoncello, so this looks wonderful! I know it's Mother's Day but my stepdad is the one who would go crazy for this cocktail. He adores anything lemon!

Beautiful cocktail. Hope you have a blessed Mother's Day.

Chocolate and maytag blue cheese...give it a go. It is a subtle difference, but a noticeable one.

Thanks Velva for you comment.

Cheers!

I have loved limoncello ever since I did a study abroad in Italy in college. I have only every had it by itself. Your recipe sounds really refreshing. If I can get my hands on some limoncello, I'll give it a try.

Yum, yum, yum! Can't see why you couldn't keep this in the Italian family and use Prosecco if you wanted to use a different sparkling!

Velva-
Looks delicious! My friends made their own limoncello for our Easter celebration, and we mixed it with Aperol. Champagne would have made it even better!

This is going to be delicious! What a great idea, and what a refreshing looking picture. I love both limoncello and champaigne, my mint plant has sprouted after our long winter, and so I have no excuses. I am ready to try this coctail!
