Sweet corn straight off the stalk is the BEST!!!

Great pic, nothing better than fresh corn! I'm curious about Wordless Wednesday, I see it every once in a while, is it a linky party, or just something folks do? Thanks!
No words are necessary!Best,Bonnie
I've been enjoying the fresh corn this summer, I think it's been especially good this year. I bought some yesterday!
Loving that corn!
We should be getting corn from our garden in the next week or two. I'm excited!
Great picture and one of my favorites during the summer months!
We just had fresh corn on Sunday; nothing like it in teh world; great photo.Rita
I love your wordless Wednesdays. Summer is my favorite time of the year. That corn is gorgeous.Sam
I can only dream of corn like this growing in my garden. The bloody raccoons get it every time instead. :(
I wish I can have that to cook now! Beautiful picture.
I am definitely having corn on the cob tonight!
I have three of them in my fridge, I think it is time to enjoy them.
Nice shoot! regards, kristy
Screams summer to me :)
one of the best things about summer in my opinion!
can;t beat good corn your neighbor sounded so cool when your were young making pasta for everyone lol
I tried to buy corn at the store the other day and it was horrid. Moldy! I'm hoping to find some at farmers market this weekend and then I'll grill it up and chow! ;) Great photo!
Gorgeous picture - thanks for sharing. Pass the butter and salt!
That photo is beautiful. When I see fresh corn, I'm always reminded of how unfortunate it is that it gets such bad press. Of course, the processed stuff they turn it into isn't good, but fresh, sweet corn from the cob can't be beat.
I am visiting from the FB link up you joined in with. Great foodie blog, sure I will be calling by again to have a proper browse.
Corn is the bomb. Thanks for reminding me that I have a bunch in the fridge right now that needs to get used.
White platter or not they look delicious!
Back to have a proper browse around and I am now your latest FB fan. Thanks also for visiting my little piece of Italy and becoming a follower, it is much appreciated.
It has been an exceptional year for corn!
Corn! My first stop in the US as a graduate student was in Champaign-Urbana, IL. Right in the middle of corn field. I did not love the fact that it was NOT LIKE NEW YORK CITY AT ALL! But I did love the Corn Festival every year. Free corn for everyone. As much as you can eat. Yum.
