The cheese was great oregon blue, slightly salty, very creamy and moderately pungent with candied hazelnuts. I immediately fell in love with velvety texture!
This photo makes me want to reach out and slather some on a crusty toast. I'm trying to ignore the bread pudding in your previous post--it's calling out to me rather loudly!
