Thanks, Velva, and thanks all! These oyster mushrooms are from Sheltowee Farm, which cultivates an incredible variety on its Kentucky Farm. I picked them up at Azur Restaurant and Patio, a Lexington restaurant so committed to farm-to-table that they host a farmers market on their patio every Saturday during the warm months. If you're ever in Lexington, KY, I highly recommend a stop!
