I saw the mini version of the picture pop up on my sidebar and I thought, "what the heck is that?" LOL! Looks like a worthy kitchen experiment!

I've recently started using chicken feet in my homemade chicken broth and they make it so much richer and thicker -- it's really amazing. Plus they are so cheap - I can get a pound of organic, pastured chicken feet for $2 at the farmers' market!
